We’ve spent the last two months listening to your feedback and reimagining the LayUp customer dashboard from the ground up – and we’re excited to share that it’s now live. Whether you’re managing a lay-by, tracking a BOOST plan, or settling an ad hoc payment, the experience just got a whole lot easier.
Here’s everything new.
A Clearer, More Transparent Profile
Managing your account details should never feel confusing. We’ve reorganised your profile into distinct, easy-to-navigate sections for passwords, identification numbers, and payment details, including your cards for recurring payments and banking information for refunds.
We’ve also added more transparency around what’s required and why. For example, if you need to add banking details, you’ll now clearly see that an identification number is needed first. No more guesswork, and far fewer trips to our support team.
A Homepage That Works Harder For You
Your dashboard homepage now gives you a complete, at-a-glance overview of all your active orders the moment you log in. We’ve also introduced:
- A new notifications pop-up so you’re instantly aware of order amendments, cancellations, or anything else that needs your attention
- Quick-access shortcuts to our Frequently Asked Questions, so help is never far away
- A “view all” option for featured merchants, making it easier than ever to discover new stores
Your Products, Clearly Organised
We know LayUp offers more than one way to shop and pay, so we’ve made sure the dashboard reflects that. Lay-bys, BOOST, and payment plans are now clearly categorised and separated, making it simple to find exactly what you’re looking for without digging through a cluttered interface.
Smarter Order and Payment Management
Viewing your order details and making ad hoc payments is now far more intuitive. You can see your outstanding totals at a glance and choose your preferred payment method with ease, all through our trusted Peach checkout – just with a cleaner, more streamlined look and feel.
We’ve also made it easier to stay on top of your account by letting you email yourself a statement whenever you need one, and giving you a clearer view of your communications with merchants.
More Control Over Your Payment Plans
Got a plan with a specific merchant? You can now filter your payment plans directly from the dashboard – no need to head to the merchant’s site first.
For our BOOST users, we’ve added even more visibility into your progress, including:
- Your current voucher status
- Your savings goal tracking
- Your plan duration
- Your expected rewards
And we’ve removed the frustration of logging in multiple times just to get a BOOST plan started – now it’s just a few simple steps.

Built for Mobile, From the Ground Up
A focus of this update has been making sure LayUp works beautifully on your phone – no separate app required. Every feature, detail, and action is fully accessible on mobile, including a handy locked footer that lets you jump effortlessly between your BOOST plans and your favourite merchant shops, wherever you are in the app.
